Dr. Saiful Khandaker
President

Prior to founding Mi3, Dr. Saiful Khandaker spent 15 years designing and developing complex software applications for telecom, airlines, and financial companies including: AT&T, Cingular Wireless, BellSouth, Alltel, Convergys, Delta, and Ceridian in Georgia. As a technology leader at Alltel Telecommunications, Saiful served as solution architect and managed a group of senior application developers who provided technical architecture, design, and implementation services to Cingular's cellular billing applications. |
In addition to crafting the global vision for Mi3, Khandaker's innovative expertise has led him to develop new business and product strategies that continually create new market opportunities. Leveraging decades of experience in telecom and wireless, he has lead Mi3 down the path to becoming a pioneer in mobile and wireless software manufacturing. Prior to co-founding Mi3, he founded two IT companies that successfully served clients globally for over a decade.
Khandaker's extensive experience in IT development and his education in management make him a uniquely skilled leader to advance Mi3 to the highest potential and achievement. Furthermore, both Khandaker's roots and Mi3's global delivery center are in Bangladesh, delivering a win/win outcome for Mi3 and our clients. Bangladesh has over 300,000 college graduates and has become a formidable resource bank for Global IT processing and technology development. |

Tareq Rafi Bhuiyan

Tareq Rafi Bhuiyan (Jun) co-founded BlueLine International LLC, USA in 2002. BlueLine International LLC is a successful IT consulting and software development business with offices in New Jersey, Ohio and Dhaka Bangladesh. BlueLine has developed its own Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and concentrates on developing complex internet application and software for different industries. Since its inception, BlueLine has implemented more than 250 projects successfully for different clients in different industries all over the United States.

Prior to founding BlueLine, Tareq has worked in a Fortune 100 company in the USA called Nationwide Insurance ($100 Billion in assets) for seven years as programmer, analyst, software specialist and Project manager. At Nationwide, he was promoted three times and won numerous awards for his outstanding performance. He worked on and managed several multi million dollar projects such as PeopleSoft upgradation, web based self service application implementation etc.
Tareq has been in the IT industry for the last twelve years and he is passionate about contributing positively to the Bangladesh software industry/technology field. He is also committed to helping meritorious but poor students by providing scholarships and guidance.
Besides English and Bengali, he speaks Japanese. He has visited Japan several times and in 1995, he was awarded 'Outstanding foreign Japanese language student' and he was sponsored by Japanese government to visit Japan.
Tareq graduated with the highest honor of Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University, USA majoring in Information Systems and got his MBA from Fisher College of Business of The Ohio State University, USA. His concentration in MBA was business strategy and marketing. |

Musaddeq Khan is a serial entrepreneur! He is always in search of the next big idea, product or service. Musaddeq was fortune of starting his own software company before, and starting a new one. Musaddeq’s new company Verdeeco offers solutions and services to Utilities to help them progress their goals towards achieving the Smart Grid. Verdeeco's platform helps utilities integrate various applications and technologies that they have in place or are investing in to deliver power more efficiently through the current electric grid. Verdeeco also offers services including planning, designing and executing through a unique Smart Grid integration methodology that saves the Utilities millions in cost.

Musaddeq had the pleasure interfacing and working with a diverse set of customers ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small-to-medium businesses. Musaddeq held product development management positions for companies such as CellNet+Hunt, Landis+Gyr, and Earthlink to name a few.
Mussadeq co-founded Prominus, and established and managed product management, sales, business development initiatives. He has defined strategies and roadmap for Prominus' receivables management lines of product and built partnerships and sales in the U.S. and abroad.
Mussadeq received a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. |
